Terms & Conditions

DisposableScan provides an API and web interface that classify email domains as disposable or non-disposable using DNS, MX, IP, and database intelligence. Results are provided on a best-effort basis and may not be 100% accurate for every domain.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials and API keys confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account or API keys.
• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Exceed, circumvent, or attempt to bypass rate limits, quotas, or access controls.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the raw Service or database without written permission.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service to harass individuals or to violate others’ privacy rights.

• The free tier includes a daily request quota. Paid plans increase limits as described on our Pricing page.
• Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment partner, Razorpay.
• We may change pricing or plan limits with reasonable notice; changes do not affect an already-paid billing period.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Refund eligibility is described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

The Service, including its software, branding, and database compilation, is owned by DisposableScan and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service, and may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of results. You are responsible for how you use verification results in your own systems.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DisposableScan will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or others. You may close your account at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts located there will have jurisdiction over any disputes, subject to applicable law.
